There was an Outage on Safaricom SMS Gateway which was caused by the Safaricom SMS Endpoints not reachable hence the delay in processing the requests. The issue has not been fully resolved but this is being monitored to ensure it is fully fixed.We will update once this is done. Apologies for the inconveniences caused.
