<p>We would like to notify you that NCBA Bank  is currently  experiencing an issue with  their pay bill account 880100.</p>
<p>This  is affecting Real Time Settlements and Pay bill transfers to 880100. All Pay bill and RTS transfers are failing.</p>
<p>The issue has been escalated to them and their engineers  are working on resolving it.</p>
<p>We kindly request you  not to pay to or transfer to the bank via RTS or pay bill until the issue is resolved.</p>
<p>We are working on reversing the failed transfers to your Kop Kopo account.</p>
<p>We will advise once this has been resolved.</p>

<p>Safaricom will be conducting an emergency maintenance tonight so as to optimize the Gateway Databases and Applications. The maintenance will run from Monday 26th September 2022 2300Hrs until Tuesday 27th September 2022 0500 Hrs.</p>
<p>During the maintenance window the Gateway will be unreachable hence no SMS will be processed both outgoing and incoming. Normal services should resume once the maintenance is completed.</p>
