Safaricom will be conducting an emergency maintenance tonight so as to optimize the Gateway Databases and Applications. The maintenance will run from Monday 26th September 2022 2300Hrs until Tuesday 27th September 2022 0500 Hrs.
During the maintenance window the Gateway will be unreachable hence no SMS will be processed both outgoing and incoming. Normal services should resume once the maintenance is completed.
