Dear customer, we are currently experiencing some intermittency on our USSD service due to an issue on Safaricom's end. We are working with them to have it fixed as soon as possible. Kindly use our other alternative channels in the meantime. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Safaricom will be undertaking a scheduled maintenance on their system on Sunday from 00:00 hours to 04:00 hours. During this time MPESA handset and API transactions will be unavailable. Consequently, settlements from the Kopo Kopo platform will also be unavailable during this time.
