Dear customer, Kindly note that the connectivity hitch we had with Safaricom has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Lipa na Mpesa Payments Lost Connectivity to Safaricom - Payments not coming in

Dear customer, we are currently experiencing a challenge with receiving transactions on to the Kopo Kopo application due to a connectivity issue with Safaricom . We are working with them to have this fixed ASAP. In the meantime, you may continue receiving payments. We will update any missing transactions as soon as the issue is resolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

STK push on K2 Connect, scheduled 3 years ago

Dear customer, Safaricom will be carrying out a scheduled system maintenance for STK Push services on Saturday 24th April from 2200hrs to 0900hrs Sunday 25th April. During the maintenance period, all STK Push services will be unavailable.
